When displaying a sounding diagram made from gridded numerical weather model output, there is a pull-down selector menu of the model output valid times in the upper right corner. This defaults to black. Press to plot the data in the Main Display window. The columns in the table and buttons are defined below. The position of the RHI in azimuth can be adjusted by dragging the little box on the end of the selector line above the RHI.
History Menu This menu lists the recently accessed data sources and layers and allows for them to be reloaded.
Time and spatial subsetting defaults can be applied to the data source mcias through the Data Source Properties dialog or the defaults can be overwritten through the Field Selector tab. You will see changes in the parameter table to the left of the Skew-T that reflect modifications made to the sounding.
The Globe Background tab of the Properties dialog allows for setting the color and mdidas vertical positioning of the globe background. This button appears on the Main Toolbar by default, and can be removed through either the General tab of the User Preferences or through the Local Favorite Bundles Manager.
